Dosage

Dopo ogni fattore precipitante (rapporto, diarrea, stipsi, bagno al mare o in piscina, idratazione insufficiente, etc) assumere una bustina sciogliendola sotto la lingua.
Attendere 30 minuti senza mangiare bere e urinare.
Dopo 30 minuti urinare per favorire l’eliminazione dei batteri.
